What data we collect and why

Your full name, phone number and city are required to process your application and contact you about learning. District and email are optional. We also store the submission date, the website page without URL parameters, your consent and the version of this policy.

You give consent by ticking a separate checkbox before submitting. There is no marketing subscription.

Storage and access

Applications are stored in Cloudflare D1. Only an administrator who has signed in can view, change or delete them. The public API does not provide access to applications.

Your contact details are used to handle your request. An administrator deletes them when they are no longer needed for processing, or after considering your deletion request.

If you open the form on a branch page, the selected branch's name and ID are stored with your application so that the administrator can direct your enquiry to that branch.

Protection against spam and repeat submissions

The form checks a hidden anti-spam field and limits request frequency. IP address hashes are stored for a 15-minute limit; expired records are removed during the next submission. A technical ID and request hash prevent duplicates when a network request is repeated.
